FlexibleOptionList<Opt>

FlexibleOptionList<Opt>: ToFlexibleOption<Opt>[] | FlexibleOptionGroup<ToFlexibleOption<Opt>>[]

An array of options or option groups, like OptionList, but the option type may use either name or value as the primary identifier.
